Lin Industrial agreed at Startup Village to launch CubeSats

A cooperation agreement with a company testing electronics in space, and a prospective supplier of oxidizer for Taymyr launch vehicle — these are what our company got at Startup Village event held in June 2–3, 2015 in Skolkovo.

Startup Village is regularly held by Skolkovo Foundation, and Lin Industrial takes part for the second time. We talked to dozens of visitors at our booth, presented the project to investors and industry professionals.

We have signed a cooperation agreement with Quazar Space (http://www.qz-space.com) – they launch sample electronics in CubeSats, to validate its operation when exposed to cosmic radiation. This is necessary in order to understand whether this electronics can be used in spacecraft or not. In the future Lin Industrial will be able to launch experimental CubeSats of Quazar Space into orbit using Taymyr.

In addition, in Skolkovo we have found a Russian supplier of high-test peroxide, which is used as an oxidizer for Taymyr. The chemical plant in Novocheboksarsk expects to start the peroxide production in 2017.
